  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (alternative tracked option)

Free shipping applies at checkout—no minimum purchase required. Delivery estimates may vary due to location, holidays, carrier schedules, or high-volume periods.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders typically process and ship within 1-2 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: Arrives in 3-6 business days
  • Standard/Free: Arrives in 7-14 business days

We ship to all 50 states from our US-based warehouse.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii? Yes! We ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, and Hawaii. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

What if my luggage is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with the carrier to track or resolve quickly (replacement, refund, or credit).

Brands/materials focus on durability (polycarbonate, ABS, nylon) with features like 360° spinner wheels, TSA locks, telescoping handles, and interior organization.

Are your suitcases carry-on compliant? Most carry-on sizes meet major US airline restrictions (e.g., 22 x 14 x 9 inches including handles/wheels). Always check your airline's latest policy, as rules can vary. Product pages include exact dimensions.

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes – most items include a manufacturer's warranty against defects (typically 5-10 years or lifetime on functional parts like wheels/zippers/handles). Covers manufacturing issues, not normal wear/tear or airline damage. Contact us for warranty claims with proof of purchase.

How do I care for and clean my luggage? Hardshell: Wipe with damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasives. Softside: Spot clean or machine wash (if specified); air dry. Wheels/handles: Lubricate occasionally with silicone spray. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sun.

Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? 30-day returns for unused, unopened luggage in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customer pays return shipping unless defective, damaged in shipping, or we sent the wrong item.

How do I start a return or exchange? Email support@trueskillmasteracademy.com with your order number, reason, and photos. We'll provide instructions and a return label if approved.
